• There are no “good” or “bad” levels, though some will be more uncomfortable than others.

Anti-Diet
Christy Harrison, MPH, RD writes a fantastic book on the history of diet culture and all the ways that it is harming your life. This is a great starting point if you want to reject diet culture and start embracing food freedom.

The Wellness Trap
Christy Harrison, MPH, RD also wrote this book on the “snake oils” of current wellness trends. It goes into the history and debunking of many common wellness trends like the truth about “leaky gut syndrome” and “anti-vax” rhetoric.
